While ASUS has generally dominated the gaming phone market with its ROG Phone series, Lenovo’s Legion Phone line is nothing to scoff at. Especially when Lenovo packs these devices full of powerful components. According to the leak, the Legion Y70 will have specs that rival current gaming phones. And it may even hold a candle to the ROG Phone 6. Although, that will depend on what that device is offering. And we won’t know that for sure until the phone’s announcement next week....

The upcoming premium mid-range offering from Motorola will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G Plus SoC, the Geekbench entry confirms. Well, the listing doesn’t explicitly name the chipset but there are enough hints. The octa-core chipset uses ARM’s v8 architecture. It has one prime CPU core clocked at 2.52GHz, three middle cores at 2.40GHz, and four power-efficient cores at 1.80GHz. The CPU is paired with the Adreno Adreno 642L GPU. That should be none other than the Snapdragon 778G Plus....
