The latest update for the Galaxy A71 5G in the US is rolling out with firmware version A716USQU6EVD3. It bundles the April 2022 Android security patch. Last month’s SMR contains fixes for over 80 vulnerabilities from Google and Samsung. However, we are more interested in the plethora of goodies that Android 12 brings. The Galaxy A71 5G is likely getting Samsung’s One UI 4.1 with the Android 12 update in the US....
Google Chrome, and several other browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Brave, are based on a browser called Chromium. There’s a large community that contributes changes to Chromium, and those changes help it grow and develop over the years. Samsung is one of the companies that contribute to Chromium, and it’s been one of the major contributors. We can probably thank that company for some of our favorite features on our favorite browsers....
Summarily, what appears to be happening is that the main navigation icons are growing to a size that nearly takes up the entire lower half of Android Auto displays. Conversely, the remaining icons are growing too. Albeit not quite so large a size, as shown in the image shared below. But those also ultimately end up taking up so much space that only a few icons fit on the display. The taskbar in the UI is also expanded, meaning less space overall....
What will be different? What will be different? When you take a 56GB game and shrink it down to maybe 1GB or 2GB, you can tell that a lot of stuff will be squeezed out. For starters, we can expect the graphics and effects to take a hit, but that shouldn’t be too much of a surprise. What people are mostly worried about is the gameplay experience.
