This RCS problem doesn’t appear to be widespread but existed for some Google Fi users since the Android 13 Beta days. A bug report was filed on the Android Issue Tracker in May. The company responded by saying that the issue was caused by an error related to provisioning. It recommended the following resolution to the affected users. Along with the latest SMR (security maintenance release), the new update for the Galaxy A53 5G also brings some camera-related improvements.
