As of this writing, the latest update for the US Galaxy S20 FE 5G is available to unlocked units on several wireless carriers, including AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Comcast, Verizon, and Xfinity Mobile. The March SMR (security maintenance release) should also soon reach the carrier-locked variants of the Galaxy S20 FE 5G in the US....

As of this writing, the October SMR (Security Maintenance Release) for the Galaxy S20 series is rolling out in Europe. Both 4G LTE and 5G variants of the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra are receiving the update. The new firmware version for the two variants is G98FXXSFFVIB and G98BXXSFFVIB, respectively. First reported by SamMobile, this update is already available in much of Europe. A global rollout, including in the US, should be just around the corner....

According to Ice Universe, the 200MP camera on the Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a footprint of 1/1.3 inches. It will feature 200 million 0.6μm pixels and will boast an F1.7 aperture, the source claims with “100%” confirmation. That’s about the same size as the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s 108MP primary rear camera. However, the latter has bigger pixels (0.8µm) and a narrower aperture (F1.8). Samsung is offering a wider aperture on the galaxy S22 Ultra so the camera can take in more light....

The Smart Caddie app is useful for both golf professionals as well as amateur golf enthusiasts. It offers features like shot distance measurement and several other performance metrics. The app also provides detailed information on more than 40,000 golf courses worldwide. This includes the actual measurement of the hole, aerial photos of the golf course, and satellite maps. The report adds that the Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy S8 are the fastest Samsung phones to top the one million sales mark in South Korea.
